Information we process

• The messages and recent conversation context you submit to the concierge demo.
• Limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the service, such as an IP address used for rate limiting.
• Your name, email address and message if you contact us by email.

Why we use it

We use this information to generate a demo response, protect the website against abuse, answer enquiries and take steps towards a possible business agreement. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and demonstrating the service, or taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement.

AI processing

Demo messages are sent securely to OpenAI's API to generate a response. The demo is configured not to store responses as application history, and we do not opt in to using API content to train OpenAI models. Please do not enter passwords, payment-card details, passport information, medical information or other sensitive personal data.

Retention and sharing

AI Flow Hero does not maintain a permanent database of demo conversations. Short-lived technical counters are used for rate limiting. Service providers may process limited data on our behalf for hosting, security, email and AI generation under their applicable data protection terms. Emails are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, maintain business records or meet legal obligations.

Cookies

We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting infrastructure may use strictly necessary technology to operate and secure the website.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Contact us first if you would like to exercise a privacy right.
